Who I am

These terms apply to every purchase from Mieke Fleurackers (“I”, “the artist”), Meibosstraat 11, 9200 Baasrode, Belgium. Company number: BE 0811.000.271. Email: info@miekefleurackers.com.

They cover paintings (Missed Beyond Measure and free work), spiritual art readings and spiritual assessments, courses, live lessons, digital products and memberships. By ordering, you agree to these terms.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown separately.
• You pay online by card or another method offered through Plug&Pay with Mollie, or through Stripe or Skool for some digital products and memberships, or by bank transfer when I offer it.
• A bank transfer must reach my account within 5 working days of your order. Offers with a limited number of places (for example the first five Missed Beyond Measure orders) are only reserved once payment is received.
• For orders outside Belgium, any customs duties or import taxes are paid by you.

Paintings

Every painting is an original, made by hand. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the real work.

Missed Beyond Measure paintings are made for you, for the one you miss. I paint them after your order, so the delivery time is given on the order page or by email.

Pickup and delivery

• Pickup is free, by appointment, at my studio in Baasrode, once your payment is confirmed. Please collect your painting within 15 days of my email saying it is ready.
• Shipping is possible for an extra fee. I pack every painting with care. When tracking is available, you receive the link by email.
• Paintings from an online reading are shipped to you.

Readings and live sessions

A reading takes place at your home or online, at a moment we agree on together. If you need to reschedule, let me know at least 48 hours in advance and we find a new moment. If I need to reschedule, you choose: a new date or a full refund.

A reading is a spiritual and creative experience. It does not replace medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

Courses, digital products and memberships

You receive access by email or on the platform used (such as Skool or Zoom) after payment. Access is personal: please don’t share your login or the course materials.

A membership renews automatically for the period shown at purchase, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time before the next renewal; the period already paid stays active until it ends.

Your right to change your mind

As a consumer in the EU, you have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase without giving a reason. To do so, email info@miekefleurackers.com within 14 days of receiving a painting (or of your order, for other purchases).

• Paintings from stock: return the painting within 14 days of your withdrawal, undamaged and well packed. Wait for my instructions; I will arrange and pay for the return. I refund you within 14 days of receiving the painting back, including the original shipping cost. Customs duties already paid are not refunded.
• This right does not apply to paintings made specially for you, such as Missed Beyond Measure paintings and paintings made during a reading, because they are made to your personal request.
• Readings and live sessions: when you book a session on a fixed date and ask me to provide it within the 14 days, you lose the right to withdraw once the session has taken place.
• Digital content and courses: by starting access within the 14 days, you agree that you lose the right to withdraw once access has started.

If something is wrong

If your painting arrives damaged, does not arrive, or is not what you ordered, please let me know within 21 days of delivery (with photos if it is damaged). I will look for a fair solution with you: a repair, a replacement where possible, or a partial or full refund. The legal guarantee of conformity always applies.

Copyright

When you buy a painting, you own the painting. The copyright stays with me. I may show photos of my work, including commissioned paintings, on my website and social media, without your name or personal story unless you agree. If you prefer I don’t show your painting, just tell me.

Texts, images and course materials on this website and in my courses may not be copied or shared without my written permission.

Liability

I do my best to keep this website correct and safe, but I cannot guarantee it is always free of errors or interruptions. I am not liable for indirect damage, or for problems caused by email or internet services beyond my control.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Belgian law. If we disagree, let’s first talk and look for a solution together. If that doesn’t work, the competent Belgian courts decide. As a consumer you can also turn to the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (www.consumentenombudsdienst.be).

If one part of these terms is invalid, the rest stays in force.
