Samhain is the time we remember those who went before us, when the veil between the worlds is at its thinnest. That is why I open a new edition every year around Samhain, at a special price. From 25 October to 2 November, the 5th edition opens: €222 instead of €333, for the first 5 orders.

To remember them, and to feel the connection that is still there. Many people keep their painting close, on a shelf or in a small memorial corner, as a quiet place to say hello.
As a gift
For a friend, a parent, a sister who is missing someone very much. When words fall short, a painting from their loved one says: I see you, and they are not forgotten.
How it works

You order
All I need is the name of your loved one. Nothing more, no stories, no photos.

I connect and paint
I sit with that name, connect with your loved one in spirit, and paint what comes through: an image, a colour, a symbol that belongs to them.

Your painting comes home
Count on about four weeks, often sooner. Pick it up in Baasrode (Belgium), or I send it to you.
Small enough to keep close
Each painting is 15 × 15 cm, painted in acrylic on wood and finished with a protective layer. A damp cloth is all it needs to stay free of dust.
For €25, my husband and I frame it for you. Framed, it stands upright on its own: on a cupboard next to a memorial, or on the table during the holidays, so they are part of the gathering too.

A painting that helps the living too
The proceeds of every Missed Beyond Measure painting go to Vale-Viver vzw. Through it, my mother helps the very poorest families in Águas Formosas, Minas Gerais, Brazil, especially mothers and children, towards a life with dignity.
So while you honour someone you have lost, you also help a family move forward.
